Long-Term Visa

A Long-Term Visa is awarded in situations where a foreign national seeks residency in a country for a longer period of time than is allowed with a short-term visa, or when a foreign national wishes to stay for a period of time that is longer than allowed to according to their own visas authorized period of stay. A Long-Term Visa will often hold more stringent conditions than to a short-term visa, and they are reviewed and awarded on a case-by-case basis by most countries. If the conditions of a Long-Term Visa are broke during the foreign nationals visit, the visa can be revoked.
