Naturalization
Naturalization is the attainment of nationality and citizenship in the situation where an individual that wasn’t classed as a citizen/national when born in the given country is granted citizenship. For Naturalization to occur, or in other words to be ‘naturalized’, the individual must meet the requirements specified under a nations’ citizenship laws.
