Permanent Residency
Permanent Residency is an individuals visa status, of which allows the individual to indefinitely reside in that country without the need of citizenship. Those that obtain permanent residency are referred to as permanent residents. The rights and obligations of an individual that holds Permanent Residency in a foreign country differs from country to country, while not every jurisdiction allows for Permanent Residency of foreign nationals.
