Stateless Person
A Stateless Person is an individual that isn’t considered as a citizen of any state, holding neither any citizenship or nationality with a country. The individual that is considered a Stateless Person has no grounds to obtain citizenship in any recognized state.
Being a Stateless Person is not the same as being a refugee, and not all stateless persons are able to qualify as a refugee.
