Can my residency permit be revoked

A residency permit, once obtained by an individual, is not necessarily guaranteed and can in fact be revoked where certain requirements have not been met or false information was provided in order to acquire the permit in the first place. A professional consultancy can guide you on how to comply with the relevant laws and ensure that your residency permit will not be revoked.

For more information on the various aspects in using a residency permit in specific countries, please view our Residency Permit Services page.

Residency permit revocation

A residency permit can be revoked at any time particularly where the following situations apply:

- The residency permit holder has provided incorrect, misleading or false information to gain the residency permit

- You do not or no longer meet the requirements by the relevant immigration authority
