St Kitts Second Passport

Obtaining a St Kitts second passport can be achieved once St Kitts citizenship is also obtained. Obtain a St Kitts Second Passport

There are two primary ways of obtaining St Kitts citizenship:

1)      Purchase property valued at a specified amount

2)      Deposit a specified sum to a locally sponsored government fund

The property investment option allows applicants to purchase in either the southern peninsula or St Kitts of the north west of Nevis provided the property purchased is valued at over US $350,000. With regards to property purchased in Christofe Harbour the property must be valued at a minimum of US $750,000 and it cannot be undeveloped land in order to apply for citizenship under the property investment program. St Kitts citizenship and subsequently a second passport are granted where the applicant purchases property valued at US $1 million.

St Kitts citizenship through economic investment is achieved by donating a minimum of US $200,000 to the Sugar Investment Diversification Fund (SIDF). Investments are required for the following categories of applicants;

-          $200,000 is required for a single application of citizenship

-          $250,000  for a family of four

-          $300,00 for a family of five

-          $400,000 for 6 or more people applying for citizenship as a family
