Dominica Investor Program

The Dominica investment immigration option is an investor program that permits individuals to make a substantial monetary donation to the government of Dominica or a Government approved project Escrow account in return for a Dominica second passport.

There are two main options available;

1) Family option – this requires a monetary donation of US $100,000 to the Dominican Government

2) Single Option – requires a donation of US $75,000 to be made to the Government

The family option for Dominica’s investment immigration permits the applicant, spouse and two children under the age of 18 to obtain Dominica citizenship through the $100,000 government donation.

The single option allows only the applicant to obtain Dominica citizenship by donating $75,000 to the Dominica government.

Once the initial fees have been paid and investment is completed the applicant will be invited to attend an interview with the Prime Minister of Dominica, followed by the receipt of the official citizenship certificates by courier.

Requirements for the Dominica second passport program:

- File application to the Minister of legal Affairs with two completed copies of Form 12 for each applicant

- Notarized disclosure form

- Provide copies of Passports (with 8 photos), birth certificates and marriage or dissolution certificates

- Police certificate is required

- Profession reference letter and two personal reference letters

- Bank reference letter, declaration of funds, and business background reports

- Applicant’s employer reference letter and where children apply, school or university letters. Also a university degree certificate may be required

- A recent Income Tax Return

- Statutory Declaration
