Obtain St Kitts and Nevis Second Passport
One way of acquiring St Kitts second citizenship is through an investment immigration program. The St Kitts and Nevis immigration investment programs require a level of investment from the applicant in order to receive full citizenship rights. The investment options available include:
- The purchase of real estate
- Contribution to a locally sponsored Government fund
When selecting the property purchasing scheme, the value of the property must be at least US$350,000 or more at the time of purchase. This is the first step that must be taken to begin the process of second citizenship. Property can only be purchased in either the southern peninsula of Saint Kitts, or in the North West part of Nevis.
St Kitts second passport can also be granted through an investment into a locally sponsored government fund, such as the Sugar Investment Diversification Fund (the ‘’SIDF’’). The SIDF grants citizenship through the donation of monies to the charitable fund which was established to assist former sugar industry workers.

There are a number of documents required in order to obtain St Kitts & Nevis citizenship, including:
- Purchase of an application form from the government for US$250
- Photograph and signature certificate form
- Certified copy of passport
- Certified copy of national identification card
- 6 original passport pictures
- Birth and marriage certificates
- Medical certificates
- Certificate evidencing no criminal record (Police Certificate)
- Presentation of bank statements demonstrating good financial standing
- Copy of duly executed real estate contract (if applicable)
