Terms of Payment


These Terms of Payment must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Business. The Terms and Conditions of Business apply to any agreement between Delta Quest and the Client, including for the avoidance of doubt, the jurisdiction and governing law clause.


All credit and debit card payments for Delta Quest products and services are collected by DeltaQuest Media Limited, Company No 99853, Registered address: Suites 41/42, Victoria House, 26 Main Street, Gibraltar.

Fees shall be payable as per invoices issued by Delta Quest to the Client, or for the online  purchases, according to the information specified on the payment page on the Delta Quest’s Web sites.

All invoices are payable upon presentation within a period specified on the invoice. Should the Client fails to settle any invoice within a period specified in the invoice, Delta Quest reserves the right not to provide any service and/or to discontinue the provision of services, and shall not be responsible for any costs, fees, duties or taxes owed by the Client to any agent and/or government authority in any jurisdiction, any fines or fees incurred by the Client as a result of such withdrawal of services, nor for any consequential loss or claim made against the Client by any third party arising due to such non-payment. Should the Client maintains credit balance with Delta Quest and fails to settle any invoice within specified deadline, Delta Quest shall have the right to withdraw the respective due amount from such credit balance without Client’s prior consent.

The price for any products or services specified on the payment page or in the invoice excludes VAT, unless specified otherwise. The total purchase price, including VAT, if any, will be displayed in the Client’s shopping cart or payment page prior to the payment for the order.

Delta Quest’s fees for providing the Services will be based on the fee schedule in force at the time when the work is being performed. Delta Quest reserves the right to periodically update the prices on Delta Quest’s web sites and to add, amend, or withdraw the products and services that are offered, without prior notice. Delta Quest shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing or amending any of its services, products or prices, or for refusing or failing to process any order. Delta Quest will not pay any interest on any money held on behalf of the Client.


No refunds are given after Client’s order has been placed and executed by Delta Quest partially or in full. No refunds will be made where Delta Quest is forced to refuse and/or cease to provide Services due to any breach by the Client of the warranties, obligations and undertakings as specified in the Terms and Conditions of Business.

Should Client purchases any of the services online via any of the Delta Quest’s web sites and decides to cancel the order before Delta Quest starts to execute such order, Delta Quest will refund all monies paid by the Client, except for an administration fee of US$ 150, which excludes payment processing fees and other incidental expenses, which shall be charged to the Client at cost. The refund can be claimed within 180 days from the day of the payment. No refunds shall be given for the claims exceeding 180 days from the date of payment.

Should Delta Quest cease to provide Services or should the Client  terminate Delta Quest’s  Services, the Client must pay Delta Quest any already incurred fees, which remain outstanding on the date of termination.

In case there are outstanding fees or costs, which may be incurred by Delta Quest in relation to the striking off, dissolution, liquidation or transfer of the Client’s Entity, including Delta Quest’s transfer, termination or exit fee, the Client must pay Delta Quest any such cost and fee that remain outstanding.

In the case of transfer of administration of the Client’s Entity to another service provider, Delta Quest will charge, and the Client will be obliged to pay a transfer or exit fee, or company release fee in accordance with the Delta Quest’s fee schedule valid on the date of the transfer, along with all outstanding fees incurred and being owed by the Client to Delta Quest up to the date of such transfer.
